c.2500-2000 B.C. A good sized and excellent Neolithic Oblique single barb flint arrowhead found some years back in Culford, near Bury St.Edmunds, Suffolk and from a Cornish collection. Expertly fashioned from an attractive dark grey flint,  oblique in form with one large single barb, nicely pressure flaked along both main blade edges and with a well defined and still sharp tip. A good sized and excellent example of this scarce type of arrowhead, intact and in lovely condition with good surface ageing and a pleasant shiny patination, 42mm long x 30mm wide.
