A great value group of 4 x sizeable Paleolithic Neanderthal flint flake / blade tools all found in the early 1900's in Le Grand Pressigny, Central France and originally from an early 20th Century Viennese collection and then an old German collection amassed in the 1960's. All good sized Neanderthal cutting and scraping tools, clearly worked and resplendent in the lovely toffee / honey coloured flint so typical of this famous area. All intact and in excellent condition with some surface smoothing in parts and most attractive overall old collection surface patination, An interesting and great value study or retail group of good sized Neanderthal flint hand tools, sizes range from 65mm to 100mm in length typically,
