c.16th Century A.D. A large and attractive 16th Century glazed floor tile featuring a rampant Lion surrounded by geometric designs, pellets and a Fleur-de-lis motif in each corner. From an old English collection but most likley originating from Holland or Belgium. Right corner missing otherwise intact and good with good colour and shiny glaze. A nice display item, supplied with stand. 148mm x 148mm x 15mm thick.
