1st-4th Century A.D. An interesting group of 50+ pottery shards from large Roman pots and vessels found in the Icklingham area of Suffolk. The group consists of many large segments complete with rims and represents a good cross section of the many types and fabrics of Roman pottery produced spanning around 4 centuries of their occupation. A good study group with shards raging in size from c.30mm to 150mm on average (small additional postage charge on this group as in excess of 1.5kg in weight).
