4th Century B.C. A large and pleasant Ancient Greek (Apulian) single handled terracotta drinking cup from the Greek colonies of Southern Italy and from a Norfolk collection. Condition deliberately left by previous owners, as originally excavated with some light surface dirt adhering (will easily clean off if so desired). An old shallow chip from one side of rim and a feint stable crack on side of cup otherwise totally intact, unrestored and as found; a large, appealing and unmolested Ancient Greek vessel, 105mm diameter (135mm across handle) x 43mm high.
