c.1st Century B.C. - A.D.1st Century, A large, ornate and pleasant Iron Age (Celtic) bronze double looped strap junction found many years back in Cambridgeshire. A good sizes strap junction, possibly from a horses bridle or similar leather harness consisting of two large slightly oval thick strap loops either side of a robust central boss with rib decoration. Totally intact and in very nice condition with a pleasant overall dark green surface patina, a pleasant example of the type, 48mm long x 19mm wide x 8mm thick
