Mid to late Bronze Age period c.1200-800 B.C. A small Bronze Age "Infants" bronze spiral bangle / armlet found many years back in south eastern Germany and from a Scottish collection. This small bangle, obviously intended for a small infant, is of typical simplistic fabrication from thin beaten bronze strip with a flat inner side and slight convex outer surface, then simply coiled to allow for both expansion and grip whilst being worn, a couple of minor but stable cracks towards spiral ends otherwise robust and intact and a reasonable example, patchy light and dark green patina, band 4mm wide, approximate internal diameter 32mm
