Late Dynastic Period c.600-400 B.C. An attractive restrung necklace of Ancient Egyptian multicoloured Faience (an early porcelain like material) beads in shades of cream, tan, white and turquoise and also featuring drop design at its base containing a small Egyptian turquoise glazed faience amulet. Professionally restrung on a fine nylon line with modern gilded twist clasps and now suitable for modern wear again if so desired. The beads are all in excellent condition with good surfaces and colour, shiny glaze still intact, an attractive and wearable string of Egyptian beads, string length approximately 15 inches (38cm), drop design hangs 30mm lower.
