An attractive Tudor Period bronze "Tudor Rose" mount found on the foreshore of the River Thames, London and from an old collection of River Thames "Mud Larking" finds amassed in the 1990's. The piece possesses the attractive bright bronze tone that River Thames finds often exhibit from their time buried in the fine river silts over many hundreds of years. A good size and very appealing Tudor mount in very nice condition, of good metal with nice surfaces, 22mm diameter
