c.8000-6000 B.C. An excellent group of 11 assorted Mesolithic flint blades, knives and tools from the same site in Lackford, Suffolk and from a Suffolk collection. A good selection of decent sized and well worked flint blades, largely all fashioned from an attractive pale blue / grey mottled flint. All of the tools are in excellent condition with good surface ageing and colouration and makes a great value collection for either study or retail purposes. Smallest blade 40mm, most 60-70mm in length.
