Early-Mid Neolithic c.5000-3000 B.C. An interesting group of 3 x Neolithic flint tools, part of a small group founds in Holbury, Hampshire, May 1916 and from an old collection. The group consists of a ridge backed flint blade / sickle (88mm), a large ridged scraper (68mm) and a large leaf shaped arrowhead (54mm) deliberately thinned at butt end for insertion into a wooden shaft. All old collection pieces with nice old shiny surface patinations, a nice group of Early Neolithic flint tools.
