c.1st to 3rd Century A.D. An interesting group of 7 assorted Roman pottery segments from a 1965 Archaeological dig in Temple Road, Isleham, Cambridgeshire. The group contains some interesting pieces including the re-joined neck from a small ornate juglet, a nicely glazed strap handle from a high status glazed drinking cup and a segment from the interior of a small mortarium still with grit its embedded in its surface. Shards range in size from 50mm to 100mm on average. A good value and interesting study group.
