Placing an order
 
For your convenience, all prices on my website can be displayed in either GBP (UK pounds), U.S. Dollars or Euros merely by clicking on the appropriate flag symbol shown underneath the Category list on the left side of each web page.

The easiest way of placing an order from my website is by using the "add to cart", "view cart" and "checkout features". These features work in exactly the same way as most other online retail sites.

Once you have finished shopping, merely view you cart and go to the checkout, select the appropriate postal service, complete your details, select the desired payment method and you can then pay securely using your Paypal account or Credit / Debit card though the Paypal checkout facility on the website, or alternatively by cheque or bank transfer.

You also have the option to create an account on the Website by entering your E-mail address and a chosen password. This gives you the added facility to keep track and monitor the progress of your orders.


You can also telephone me any day 09:00 to 21:00 hours to reserve items prior to sending payment or alternatively drop me an E-mail. All my contact details can be found on the "Contact Me" page on the website. All items are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.

Should you telephone and I am unavailable for any reason, please leave your name, telephone number and message on my answer phone and I'll contact you as soon as I return. If your wish to order solely by post, send payment to the address shown on the "Contact Me" page; but do please offer alternative choices just in case your first choice has been sold.


Methods of payment

Payment with order please by Paypal, Cash (well wrapped, sent securely by insured post), Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Order, Bank transfer or Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard) via the Paypal Checkout Facility on the website.

Paypal payments can be made though the checkout facility or sent to me directly rather than using the website, the E-mail address to send them to is as follows:-

Cheques, postal orders and bank drafts should be made payable just to Keith Lloyd. Please endorse cheque guarantee card numbers and expiry dates on the reverse of all U.K. personal cheques. For new customers, I will have to wait for cheque clearance through the bank before dispatching goods.

Credit Card or Debit Card payments can only be accepted using the Paypal Checkout Facility on the website, and not via E-mail or over the telephone.

Postage & Packing costs

The prices quoted below are for smaller sized packages; any larger or heavier consignments will have to be adjusted accordingly and will be charged for at cost. Conversely, in the event of the postage for a smaller or lighter overseas order being far cheaper than quoted, I will of course refund the surplus via Paypal

When ordering via the website, the above methods of postage are selectable when using the checking facility, please ensure you select the correct service. Please note, I am also happy to combine postage on multiple orders.


Delivery times

I attempt to dispatch items immediately on reciept of payment and most U.K. orders will be recieved within a few days at most; although unlikely to take anywhere near as long as stated, do please allow up to a maximum of 7 days for delivery within the U.K. and 14 days for overseas orders. This merely helps to compensate for any exceptionally busy periods and also times when the postal service is also running at high volume and mail is taking a little longer to arrive.

Authenticity


All items offered for sale in the listings are guaranteed 100% genuine and authentic unless otherwise specified. In the very unlikely event that something is proved to be other than as described, the item in question may be returned for a refund (minus any postage and packing fees), exchanged for something else from my website or a credit note issued against future purchases. If any item has been repaired, restored, or is deemed as being a modern / museum copy or indeed, an Ancient contemporary forgery, then this will be clearly indicated in the text also.


Returning items & refund Policy

All items (excluding any bargain items and lots) are offered on approval and may be returned at the customers cost for a full refund of the item cost only (i.e. not the initial postage and packing fees or any return postage costs), alternatively an item can be exchanged for something else or a credit note issued for a future purchase.

All returns must be within the following time frames
:-

7 Days - U.K.
14 Days - Europe
21 Days - Outside Europe

PLEASE NOTE: For Returns from outside the U.K. all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and where any additional Customs or Import charges are incurred by me for the returned item entering the U.K. again, regrettably I will have to deduct this Customs charge from any monies that I refund.

The approval period starts from receipt of goods and should any items prove unsatisfactory they may be returned in accordance with the specified approval periods. Any item retained over the specified approval period outlined above will be deemed as SOLD.

When returning items, please ensure that adequate packing and Insurance is used as any loss or damage to an item in transit will be deemed the customers responsibility and will be charged for accordingly.
