Ancient Holylands (Palestine). Old Testament period c.1200-800 B.C. A large and pleasant early Palestinian terracotta "Dipper cup". A very early hand moulded clay drinking vessel with a bulbous body, out-turned rim and large loop handle. A few minor knocks to rim in parts otherwise intact and in very good condition for its great age. A good sized and appealing example of early domestic pottery from the Old Testament period Holylands.
